Tips and Tricks?
Imagine this.You've just joined cadets properly. You've got your uniform, you're enthusiastic - you want to do well - you are hopeful of a couple of stripes in 2 or 3 years. But no one will tell you what to do! You see all this drill going on, but don't understand it, and none of the NCOs seem to have time to explain it to you. Everyone's shoes look like glass, not yours - and the corporal glares at you on parade because of it. You have no idea what those stripes on people's shoulders are, who to call Sir, who to call Corporal, and who you can ignore.
